Prestige Capital recently collaborated with a Southwestern electrical contracting company. This partnership, facilitated by an experienced broker, enabled the electrical contractor business to restructure its finances successfully with a $7.5 million facility.

Through the strategic use of invoice financing, the electrical contracting company paid off an existing bank loan, creating new opportunities for expansion and operational improvements.

“To bring this complex transaction to fruition, we collaborated with a reputable equipment lender to structure a favorable financing solution,” Umberto DiSterfano, sale director, mid-Atlantic at Prestige Capital, said. “Despite the multifaceted nature of the deal, our team’s expertise, combined with the support of our esteemed equipment lending partner, enabled us to successfully close the transaction.”
